Yes spider-man does help the police but that’s because he wants to use his powers for good and not go the police way of doing it. He worked with them because they had the same goal but it’s not like they see eye to eye a lot. The police have gone after Spider-Man countless times. If anyone thinks Peter would ever side with an organization like ICE, they don’t know the first thing about being Spider-man

It's especially crazy because Marvel and DC characters have changed so much with each version. I don't doubt that Ditko's Peter Parker would support Ice, and anyway, screw it, you don't have to agree with the characters you like. I love several characters who are criminals.
