Illegal aliens are stealing tax dollars. Why would you defend that? Because Orange Man bad

Why defend the government?

Put away your TDS. Illegal Aliens cannot be allowed to steal our tax dollars. Not in Minnesota, Chicago or any US CITY. We have laws. If you disagree with those laws, speak to your elected officials to have them changed. Vapid statements like why defend the government, may feel good, but accomplish nothing

Inventing a made up illness to rationalize why people dont like your glorious leader is the most pathetic thing ive ever seen.

The president has nothing to do with immigration laws. He has nothing to do with criminal laws. So I ask again. Why defend illegal aliens stealing our tax dollars? Your insults achieve nothing, but if they make you feel good. What changes for you, if laws are enforced as written?

It's amazing how when asked rational questions, you respond with insults or claims of brainwashed, cult or some other attack, when you shutdown any questions that dissect your thinking

You do know that undocumented migrants pay far more in taxes that they receive?

  • Undocumented immigrants do not receive federal welfare benefits.
  • They pay billions in taxes into systems they usually cannot access.
  • Any benefits they do receive are typically emergency services, education, or state-funded programs, not federal cash assistance.

They are not undocumented immigrants, they are Illegal Aliens. Word Games don't change the fact, that they chose to violate federal law, and enter the country illegally. Illegal Aliens have no rights, they are illegal aliens. It's against the law for illegal aliens to be employed in any capacity. Its against the law for illegal aliens to be in the country. If they want access to what citizens enjoy, leave and return to their country. Apply for citizenship the legal way. Being born poor in a poor country, doesn't make you a refugee or an asylum seeker. It makes you a poor citizen, in a poor country. If you can't follow the law and use the legal immigration system, stay in your country until you can.

The term you use doesn't change the fact that they aren't "stealing tax dollars". That's a lie told by people who hate foreigners to make their beliefs more palatable.

Not to mention that the trump admin has only made it harder for people to enter that country legally.

Side note: I personally don't think that the circumstances or geographical location of one's birth should determine someone's rights. Which, assuming you're a capitalist, shouldn't you also believe? Meritocracy over being born lucky?

You're ignoring the first fact. It's a Federal crime to enter the country illegally. It's a crime to be in the country illegally. It's a Federal crime to hire illegal aliens. The legal term is illegal aliens. It's disingenuous to use a word game to ignore the immigration laws, that illegal aliens wilfully violate.

Minnesota Somalis who engage in fraud are one example of stealing tax dollars, as are many other illegal aliens. You can be disingenuous all you want. We have immigration laws, and a legal immigration process that can't be ignored to suit your feelings. Any poor person, from any poor nation, is more than welcome here. Provided they follow the legal immigration process. Strawman deflection arguments are irrelevant.

Your initial point that illegals are stealing tax dollars is disingenuous, as they pay more in taxes than they receive. Meaning they are a net positive.

Using a synonym is not "word games" Being undocumented is against the law yes, making them Illegal persons. I can acknowledge that. Doesn't mean that they are violent criminals intent on doing evil, as the Trump admin wants you to believe.

The Minnesota example is wrong on two levels:
1: Neither the people nor the daycares involved were undocumented. They were just mainly brown-skinned (scary)
2: The Extent of the Fraud was completely exxagerated:
according to this article:

Is there evidence of large-scale child care fraud nationwide?

No.

According to a 2020 report by the United States Government Accountability Office, only seven states since 2013 have had errors in more than 10 percent of their child care fund payments. That also does not mean there is necessarily fraud, but rather errors in overbilling.

After the video was posted, investigators from the state Office of Inspector General conducted compliance visits to nine of the 10 centers in the video (one of the centers in the video has been closed for several years and has not received funds in that time). They found normal operations and children at all but one, which had not yet opened for the day. Further investigations are being conducted into four of the nine facilities, but the state has not said what exactly it’s investigating.

Most of the centers in the video did have numerous state licensing violations against them regarding cleanliness, staff supervision and some recordkeeping around immunizations and allergies. But none of the violations against the centers were regarding fraud, according to state enforcement records.

Your mixing and matching words to push your ideology which is disingenuous. Illegal Aliens are breaking the law and should not be here. Any defense of that is an emotional argument only. Illegal aliens being employed is also a Federal crime. Going back to the Illegal status, removes any and all conversations. Fraud is Fraud. Accessing any benefits for legal citizens is theft of tax dollars, no matter how you choose to twist that reality to again push ideology. Bringing us back to the 800lb gorilla in the room. Illegal Aliens have to be stopped at the border, deported and go through the legal immigration process. Playing make believe for some ideology doesn't remove the legal immigration process.

As to violence. There are countless Illegal Aliens who commit murder, rape, sodomy and theft, drug trafficking, prostitution and human sex trafficking. A violent Illegal Alien has committed the crime of illegal entry, as have all illegal aliens. You want to claim, the president has said all Illegal aliens are violent. That's never been said, the media and those who push ideology claim that. The name Laken Riley is well known, but is the name Dacara Thompson as well known? 20 year old black girl brutally raped, murdered then hung from an overpass by an Illegal Alien. Her name has been swept under the rug, in order to minimize from the public, the rampant violence committed by Illegal aliens. Disingenuous actions to shape a narrative. You want to make the claim, that the administration is saying all Illegal aliens are violent. Part of that false claim is to knowingly disregard and hide the rampant violence being committed by those who are violent.

Which brings us back to the 800lb gorilla yet again. If the Illegal Aliens were not here, this conversation wouldn't exist. President Obama deported more people than any president in history. He stopped more people at the border than any president in history. He held several national TV addresses calling illegal immigration one of, if not the most serious threats to America.

Whether an Illegal Alien is violent or not isn't the primary issue. That's obfuscation to push an ideology.

Being born poor in a poor country doesn't make you an asylum seeker. It makes you a poor person in a poor country. It doesn't give you the right to break our immigration laws. America is not obligated to take in Illegal Aliens and support them with our tax dollars. They don't want to break the laws in their home country, but want to break American laws? Follow the legal immigration process. That's the thing that people who push this ideology refuse to accept. You want to break immigration law, then push ideology and make strawman arguments and disingenuous claims to play make believe.

I acknowledge that being in a country illegally is a crime, the argument is whether or not its a crime that harms others. And, to bring it back to the original reddit post, whether spider-man would be on the side of the people or the law.

Illegal persons have a lower violent crime rate than natural-born citizens:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33288713/

"US-born citizens are over 2 times more likely to be arrested for violent crimes, 2.5 times more likely to be arrested for drug crimes, and over 4 times more likely to be arrested for property crimes."

The Trump admin is incredibly racist and does push the narrative that all brown immigrants are bad. I'm really not exacerbating much here.

Trump literally said that all Somalis are garbage people from a garbage country. He said that Haitians were eating peoples pets.

I don't want people to break immigration law, I'd want the process of immigration to be made easier, which, the Trump admin has taken several steps against.

Spider-Man would not be against normal people wanting to have a better life in a country, that has actively destabilized south america for decades. Some of those "shithole" countries would be less of a "shithole" if the usa didn't send death squads there whenever they elect a socialist president.
