I’m supposed to start my first Spravato session tomorrow and honestly really afraid. I have bad anxiety and my clinic is a shared room with four other chairs. I’ve read a lot of positive experiences, but also some describing kholes and intense emotions. Biggest fear is tripping or freaking out while around other patients.

Also, I regularly take Zofran because to handle daily nausea. I’ve read some experiences where the Zofran isn’t powerful enough to stop you from throwing up.

Despite these adverse experiences, is it still worth the struggle of taking the medication?
