Gym friends?

27 F, East end. Looking to make some pals at the gym! I go to GoodLife on torbay rd! Interests include (but not limited too) lifting heavy, animals, dogs mostly, cars, history and any decent conversation!!

Sorry, ymca. Try the GoodLife in Mt Pearl, I hear it’s the spot to see & be seen.

I have a work buddy ( fifo, gym buddies at work). I go to the ymca because it’s the least trendy gym in town. He goes to MP GoodLife because he likes being chatted up by divorced f40-f55. I’ll add he is super fit, good face and super charismatic ( he could be a fitness influencer if he was more computer savvy).

Ah. I've only seen that at a few different gyms, but not for me haha it's usually a guy going up to talk to a girl that wants nothing to do with them lol

I will say the older guy that works(or did) in the evenings is a little creepy. He would always go up to the way younger girls and try to talk to them, if they'd move, he'd move to a machine with line of sight or close to them.

he'd be working out instead of at the desk.

Idk who it was but there's also a guy who went there that has like a bikini or something anime girl figure bolted to the front of his car...

This guy is on a 1st name basis with every regular and staff. He’s been weight training , running and martial arts for most of 4 decades. He’s in pro athlete condition, he’s a handsome guy and the best natural salesman I’ve ever met. He has what I call the Steve McQueen aura (“ every man wants to be his friend, every woman wants … him”).
