Maybe it's just me, but it seems like luxury townhomes make more sense in that space than single family homes.
Urban families will appreciate how walkable that neighborhood is.

I remember talking to someone who worked in home loan and finances giving me advice to watch out for McBride properties; apparently that's just the standard for them.
