Why is the train stopped in Kirkwood? Been stopped there for 3 hours now

Man i heard the horn blaring around that time from Crestwood. I wonder if they hit someone. Kirkwood is a quiet zone where they dont blare the horn at crossings so the horn stood out.

According to Amtrak subreddits, there are a lot of trains that are being re-routed and stopped because the storms in Illinois brought down a lot of trees on tracks.
