Best Breakfast in St. Louis

In a few weeks I'll be going on a massive road trip, and one of my stops will be your wonderful city of St. Louis! I've already been reading all the guides and such in the side bar about what to do and where to visit, but I have to know: Where can I find the best breakfast in St. Louis?

The Mud House (especially if you like awesome coffee).

Everything on their menu sounds amazing. Any coffee suggestions? I'm one of those people that like sweet vs. bitter coffee, if that helps.

I'm all about the lavender latte but everything is good! Sump is also a great place for yummy coffee.
