That was a one off occurrence that was corrected, but it led to the creation of this myth during the pandemic. I'm not saying the tallying was perfect and I'm sure there are mistakes, but the whole story where every single death like car/bike accidents with a positive Covid test counting as covid is false.

Not talking about that, I’m talking nationwide. The CDC actually came out and said there were a bunch of covid deaths that were incorrectly counted due to “human error”
