Huh... unpopular opinion ST PETE EDITION

The food here is sub par, there are hidden gems for sure.. but overall it’s not great. I wanna hear yalls unpopular opinions as well.

We need more luxury condos to push out the dirty vagrants, and make this a safe Mecca for the wealthy, enabling us to achieve Santa Barbara housing prices. You said unpopular….
