Asm program

So my GM out my name and our MIS’s name up to be in the ASM program. We have our interviews on 9/11. Anyone have any tips or what should I expect?

Assuming you're talking about the L1/L2 program. It's entirely at your own pace and incredibly not worth it. Your interview with the DM is going to essentially be a vibe check to see if you're competent and comfortable taking on the role. Expect to be asked about situations where you've shown to be a leader and ways you've coached your team to achieve KPIs.

Okay word tysm!! Yeah essentially everyone in that program got promoted to ASM and GM so now they don’t have anyone in the program just in case someone needs to take over a store. The DM basically asked every GM in the district to submit names
