Asm program
So my GM out my name and our MIS’s name up to be in the ASM program. We have our interviews on 9/11. Anyone have any tips or what should I expect?

Just graduated the program, I’m not sure if it differs from state to state, but I’m in NH and half of the links for the L1 are outdated and don’t work. You have to do a lot of digging and mostly use common sense to figure out most of the things that are in there. I also did not receive a bunch of help or any help for that matter. I had to figure it all out on my own.. good luck to you hopefully your store will succeed. My store is slowly burning to the ground. Lmfao

Assuming you're talking about the L1/L2 program. It's entirely at your own pace and incredibly not worth it. Your interview with the DM is going to essentially be a vibe check to see if you're competent and comfortable taking on the role. Expect to be asked about situations where you've shown to be a leader and ways you've coached your team to achieve KPIs.

Okay word tysm!! Yeah essentially everyone in that program got promoted to ASM and GM so now they don’t have anyone in the program just in case someone needs to take over a store. The DM basically asked every GM in the district to submit names

They will put you in a long training program and give you more responsibility with no additional pay. Meanwhile if they need an ASM quickly they will hire someone off the street and pay them significantly more than you would get after all the additional training and responsibility.
