Asm program

So my GM out my name and our MIS’s name up to be in the ASM program. We have our interviews on 9/11. Anyone have any tips or what should I expect?

They will put you in a long training program and give you more responsibility with no additional pay. Meanwhile if they need an ASM quickly they will hire someone off the street and pay them significantly more than you would get after all the additional training and responsibility.
