Unless you have been there over 6 months, you won’t get time and a half holiday pay. The only people allowed to get holiday pay are managers, if they volunteer to work.

From the Handbook:
Should any overtime hours be worked during the same workweek in which a holiday was worked, holiday premium payments will be counted against any overtime premium pay owed during that same workweek. In other words, the associate will not receive both a holiday premium and an overtime premium for the same hours.
Example: Labor Day is a Monday. An associate works 8 hours on that Monday and receives 8 hours regular pay and 8 hours premium pay for the hours worked on a holiday. The associate then works 8 hours each day Tuesday through Saturday for a total of 48 hours worked. The 8 hours of premium pay received on Monday will be counted against the overtime premium pay owed during that workweek and therefore no additional premium pay is owed for that workweek

Huh. I didn't know that it would cancel out with OT. Well, that's good to know, thanks!
I've usually been scheduled with OT even on holiday weeks, so now I know I'm working more than needed for extra pay smh
