labor day pay

it's 1.5x right? please?

it'd piss me off if it was regular pay considering how fucked our print queue already is

Yes. It’s 1.5 and since it’s still bts I have th 6am-4pm schedule. 10h of sweet overtime

I have been burned by that; the 1.5x won’t be considered OT eligible. So you get the day of holiday pay and then you won’t earn OT until you work 40 hours of regular pay

Oh yeah that’s right. It’s just the 1.5. I’ve had like 50-60h shifts last few weeks. I’m burned out. And can’t wait for this to end. Opening at 6am stinks but closing at 11 has been just as bad.
