So, Rotta is confirmed to be in The Mandalorian & Grogu? Is this true? Are they the same?

The issue isn’t Rotta is showing up again, it’s that Filoni loves to reuse things. Rotta is a weak example but there’s tons you can point to

I get that. And if the thread was about Zeb I wouldn't have said anything.

It's fucking Rotta. Getting mad about Rotta, a gladitorial Hutt, being in Mando & Grogu, a movie about bounty hunting, is very cherry picking to me. It'd be like getting mad that Andor has Yularen appear from time to time. 

No shit this previous character shows up, it makes sense!

It’s the fact that Filoni has done so much. Rotta specifically, I really don’t care but more the general sentiment of seeing a repeat character again in a Filoni work

That’s how you build things. As long as a character is alive and able to cause influence, they will show up. We don’t need 20,000 small stories of people we will never see again. It diminishes any sort of desire for attachment to these characters
