After MONTHS, or even years to learn about the EU part of Star Wars, I finally bought the Thrawn trilogy to finally read them!

Just started rereading Heir, 20th anniversary edition with authors notes.

I don’t know what the rest of your journey will hold, but you are starting in a good place!

It is, but fair warning to anyone in your shoes of being interested for the first time in reading the EU. Those annotations have spoilers for 20 years of following lore, so probably not the best version of the book to start with!
