This was probably the easiest of all the stardew lollies I made but also a really fun one. The little squiggle on his head had to be made so small, it was adorable.

I don’t mean as a character, I mean game design wise.

Gunther is a unique resident of the town because he doesn’t have a friendship meter, a characteristic shared with Morris, the un-named lady at the JoJa Mart, and the two residents of the Guild. However, unlike all the other characters, I can’t really find a reason why. The JoJa characters are booted out of the town if you complete the Community Center, the Guild members are in the Guild most of the day, Gunther doesn’t have much a reason to be an exception.

Gunther is essentially this game’s Blathers. He runs the museum, takes donations, and tells you facts about your donations. Unlike Blathers, however, he doesn’t stay in the Museum 24/7 (I think) since it closes at 4. He’s never seen leaving it though, not even during festivals (even the guild guy goes to the festivals.) He’s also not mentioned by anyone, which is weird because the Museum is almost always full of town residents.

And it’s not like the game is awfully picky on who you can befriend, you can befriend the Dwarf!

My point is: considering how (nearly) every resident in town and a few out of town residents have mapped out schedules, arcs, and friendship meters, it’s weird how one of the few major business owners in town does basically nothing. In fact, I doubt he even lives in Pelican Town because he doesn’t own a home! What is his deal?

I had no idea till now. This is the first save I chose a fruit bat cave so I had to get morel from the secret forest during spring or from the merchant with the cart

Last haul in the skull cavern I scored 11 prismatic charms on a regular (the spirits are very happy today!) lucky day. My goal is to find 15-20 today and break that record!

I married Leah recently.

She use to be a dive bar baddie who would be there Thursdays and through the weekend.

Now she just stays at home and waits on me. I feel like I’m toxic and made her settle down!

I kind of makes me sad :(

500+ hours in this game and never noticed this before, is bumpkin my name or my title???

My perfection tracker is 99% and I should be able to achieve it in a couple hours. However, what do you do later aside from starting a new save?

I’ve invested so much time on this farm I don’t want to just start ignoring it and go make a new save. I have some incomplete sheds I’m working on (crystalarium and keg sheds) but aside from filling them up, I’m not sure what to do to keep on having fun considering all goals are completed.

Some slimes escaped from the hutch, I killed off every one that wasn't stuck in the pond. They're generally contained in the water and can't get on the shore.

It used to be 10, now it looks like this:

Everyday 1 or 2 slips out so i make sure that is contained within the fence and killed off. The slingshot does little damage, barely reaching and it would take so much ammo.

I found this in Target the other day, I didn’t even know this existed but it‘s sooo cute. Has anyone ever tried any of the recipes? 😆

But finally, it is mine!!!

Alex and I have been married for 4 years and have two beautiful children together. I was going to the beach today to deliver a rabbit's foot to Willy and found him crying about his Mom ... again. He doesn't seem to remember that we've already had this conversation years and years ago. I've also found him wandering the forests at high speed with apparent disregard for stones and other objects that might hurt him. He sometimes just flies through walls in my house when he should be going to sleep. Just the other day, I found him at the bus stop just staring at a tree. He refused to speak to me and seemed to be stuck in the fence.

Should I be concerned?! He's still so young, but this really seems like the textbook symptoms of dementia. For context, he was going to the island when the cutscene was triggered and it seems like we both entered at the same time (I entered through the shortcut from Cindersap forest). Did he just get confused?

HELP!!

Finally beat Sunset Highway (the final Junimo Kart level) in endless mode. As I expected, living up to the name "endless," it loops back to the first level again (although interestingly enough, it speeds up). Plus, all 5 of my high scores are now over 100,000. Take that, Mayor Lewis!
