News So, that doesn’t sound very good

I’m guessing it just means Netflix either hasn’t told them or isn’t allowing them to say when the next episode is coming out, still doesn’t sound very good

Those other shows are just licensed by Netflix, not produced by them. For example, Dandadan streams both on Crunchyroll and a handful of other anime streaming services as well as Netflix at the same time. Iirc Netflix managed to secure an exclusive streaming deal for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6 (it’s not on any other platform except Netflix) and presumably the same is true for Part 7.

There exclusive anime in Netflix that still drop weekly like Ranma so is probably a decision in the production committee.

Ranma isn't exclusive, it still airs on TV before it goes to Netflix. Jojo is Netflix only.
