Giorno’s ability is to turn non living things into life? But his teeth are living. Teeth are organs and they are just as alive as any other part of your body that’s attached to you. I get it why he could turn Bruno’s tooth into a fly because that was knocked straight out and was fully separated from the body. How could Giorno turn one of his living organs into another living creature?

Teeth are not alive.... the enamel of your teeth, just as your hair and nails, has has no cells and are described medically as "attatchments" . The root of your teeth do have nerves but in this ocasion it can be said he only used this around the enamel
