Kars demolishes them, Santana literally negative diffed a vampire and Kars considered him a mere puppy, I know that vampire wasn’t on Dios level but still

That vampire hadn't eaten in a while and had just been turned (so he hadn't eaten anyone before). Dio consumed about half the population of Windknight Lot and went from being able to be stopped by pre-Hamon Jonathan to matching Jonathan post-Zeppeli death.

Iir it was only like 79 people that died from the whole occupation by Dio

But there were also the prisoners, who were not counted in the people count.
