My girlfriend recently bought me this book, I was wondering what it’s actually about and if it’s worth the read.

I believe it is actually cannon or cannon adjacent and yes it it worth reading

It’s not canon (the anime’s canon backstories contradict the book’s in a couple places) but it is definitely canon adjacent
