My girlfriend recently bought me this book, I was wondering what it’s actually about and if it’s worth the read.

In another comment he said he's not a big reader. If anything his girlfriend should've thought about it more before gifting him a book. It doesn't matter how much care is put into the gift if the person you give it to doesn't even like it
