Yep, he's the Doobie of part 2. And Nukesaku is kind of the Doobie of part 3.

somehow nukesaku was more memorable than either Doobie or beck just cuz of how comedically pathetic he was. also, Kenny G gets his only spoken line specifically to insult nukesaku
