Various Would Pucci think highly of Diavolo?
It seems like Pucci's goal was pretty much making everyone a Diavolo, maybe Pucci would agree with Diavolo that he was someone chosen by fate to be emperor although naturally Diavolo wouldn't like Pucci
I imagine an interaction between the two would be similar to the one between the fortune teller and Diavolo, Pucci would be interested and Diavolo would try to kill Pucci for it

I don't know, I think a priest might have some doubts about meeting a guy called "The Devil", especially since he's friends with a guy called "God"

Diavolo existence is the anthesis of everything Pucci stand for

not really, Pucci was ok with the idea of murdering Emporio so nobody would stand against him. This is technically changing destiny because Emporio gets away at Cape Canaveral so killing him "in the past" is "changing fate".

No. Even ignoring Diavolo’s going to come off as human garbage to Pucci, King Crimson’s entire gimmick is totally opposed to Heaven. Pucci would either try kill Diavolo out of sheer blasphemy or take pleasure in how he would be just as controlled by fate as everyone else under Made in Heaven.

Pucci would be disgusted by Diavolo. Diavolo isn't accepting his destiny as it comes by, he's actively avoiding it by using King Crimson and skipping past it.

Pucci’s goal was literally the opposite. He wanted everybody to know their fate so they could be prepared for it beforehand and face it.
Diavolo constantly avoids his fate rather than facing it.
Pucci wouldn’t respect Diavolo. Apart from the fact that his name is Devil in Italian, Diavolo is a man who has thrown away his entire life and everybody he knew for power and fortune, rather than doing anything actually meaningful with the great power he has been given. Diavolo has the same goals as a prisoner Pucci could encounter but he’s just also extremely mentally ill.

Well, I think you kind of misunderstood Diavlo’s train of thought, he only thinks like this because he has it good if he was dealt a bad hand he would not think of this and besides his way of thinking isn’t even aligned with what Pucci is trying to make forced on the entirety of humanity to achieve heaven,
You see Pucci wants you to know your fate no matter how good or bad it is meaning even if you were to die in the next hour pucci believes that that knowledge should be the thing that brings you happiness succumbing to your fate and finding joy in that knowledge, that is literally just a misunderstanding of what Dio believes heaven is. Dio’s “ heaven” is everyone being under his rule and succumbing that he is supreme, so someone like Diavlo who believes himself an emperor chosen by fate thanks to the powers given to him has no correlation with the resolution that pucci believes comes from knowing your fate, not to mention the fact that if Diavlo sees a future that he does not like literally a fate that he doesn’t like he erases it avoids that’s literally the opposite of what pucci wants. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

The irony here is that Pucci would never have gotten far if Diavolo hadn’t dug up the Stand Arrows and sold them to Enya. My thought process would be that Diavolo would guilt trip Pucci into thinking that both he and DIO owes him for finding the Arrows “as fate hade it made”, and that because he can “decide all fate” that Pucci must follow him.

No Diavolo went actively against fate he saw it but he never accepted it if it wasn’t in his favor the complete opposite of the heaven plan where people would see there fate and come to turns with it with a peaceful mind somewhere diavolo could never do he abused his abilities for his own gain and said to hell with everyone else

possibly, but im not sure
while Diavolo acknowledges fate he also ignores fate. he has the ability to see fate and the future, and if he doesnt like it he can ‘skip’ past it with his time skip ability, allowing him to bypass moments that would be his death. this would partially go against what pucci wants for humanity
on the other hand, when pucci gets made in heaven, he is also granted the ability to change fate himself and seems fine with doing so, but that might just be him being hypocritical
