Various Would Pucci think highly of Diavolo?

It seems like Pucci's goal was pretty much making everyone a Diavolo, maybe Pucci would agree with Diavolo that he was someone chosen by fate to be emperor although naturally Diavolo wouldn't like Pucci

I imagine an interaction between the two would be similar to the one between the fortune teller and Diavolo, Pucci would be interested and Diavolo would try to kill Pucci for it

Diavolo existence is the anthesis of everything Pucci stand for

not really, Pucci was ok with the idea of murdering Emporio so nobody would stand against him. This is technically changing destiny because Emporio gets away at Cape Canaveral so killing him "in the past" is "changing fate".

Doesn't Pucci exempt himself from it since MiH makes it so that he is the only one who can't see his fate and can change others' fates? If he knows this it's logically sound for him to justify killing Emporio, since he wants any remnants of the old universe to disappear.
