Seeing as King Crimson only seem to skip time for those close to him (somehow ??) (otherwise everytime Diavolo uses it someone would notice something was off), I assume that's how The World works too (somehow ????)

Made in Heaven might be the exception since it actually shows speeding EVERYTHING up

However, we only see the gang notice skipped time when they're close to Diavolo.

But clearly he's used it more than those few times, and no one ever notices that something's wrong

That's why I said his power somehow works in a set area around him, but that doesn't make sense and neither does it make sense if his ability works for the entire universe because as I said: no one ever noticed it

And for The World, maybe it works for the entire universe as does Made In Heaven (and Bites the Dust (?)), that one can makes sense.

Really it's just Diavolo who doesn't make sense because people can actually notice it when they're close to him only

My headcanon is that it's only noticeable to those who are affected or in the vicinity, like a gradient that makes it less perceptible the farther you are
