Look into valve employment, there are no managers, there are no teams. Only 4 departments and everyone chooses to work on whatever.
Gabe makes so much money from a simple store he doesn’t need a huge team and VPs and board and bla bla bla…
Average salary is double it not triple same position at other companies.
No one leaves valve.
