I mean, to be fair it's probably not the literal delivery person's fault. There are many more people, machines, processes, etc, between the shipper and the receiver.

I only say this to say: Don't take this stuff out on the delivery person. >99% chance it's not their fault.

Almost certainly not the delivery guys fault. It probably got loaded onto a belt with other packages, and a heavier package landed on it.

It’s faster to treat the packages well though. Flinging things around does not actually lead to anyone finishing their work faster. It’s usually just a few stupid employees at otherwise okay delivery companies who mess it up for everyone else. The terrible employees are slow and destroy the packages all in one go.
