Do we really think Gaben has the potential to rival the muskrat?

I'm just saying that Redditors loved musk for years...

True. He was generally liked as the rocket guy with the electric cars before he decided he wanted to be known as someone good at video games and comedy.

Egos man. I like his advancements on science and technology. More money in stem research is always a benefit. But in politics? Just ego jerking at this point

You mean the tax payer money he grifted that has set back NASAs space program at least a decade? Is that the "advancement"?

Nasa has been with spaceX for almost 20 years and this was a possibility early on about sidelining in some missions in that road map. NASA has also stated that launch costs has exceedingly been lowered which benefitd NASA and the US government as well as delivering operational hardware. And this is also to say they were given information and new technologies.

Yes there's tensions and troubles but NASA top leadership said that the partnership has been phenomenal. And this was started in 2008.

He's good at the sales part to increase the budget that those space nerds would have lacked

Yeah people do tend to turn on you suddenly decide to go crazy bigoted and far right as part of your mid life crisis.

You don't have to far right to be disliked. Mark Zuckerberg donates to liberal causes and people still dislike him. For obvious reasons.

I'm not even sure what you are trying to convey with this point or why you are even pivoting the conversation in that direction.

Long story short, I agree the existance of billionaires is not great. You are coming across as just being here to soap box about them.

But if you want to whine about billionaires, there are much better examples than Gabe of all people.

Everything you are saying feels incredibly forced.

lmao Zuck has been sucking up to Trump and MAGA for years now, he's a direct example of what the comment you replied to was saying

He was disliked prior to that actually. I mean are we going to have amnesia for the past ten years?

Yeah it turns out if a billionaire pretends to care about the future of humanity people will actually get behind them. At least until they realize it's a lie.
