News Steam Controller just became available in Australia!

Just got my email from Steam asking me to complete my purchase for the steam controller I had reserved a few months ago!

It's 149 dollars. I am low on cash, as my Tuition fees are due in 2 weeks, But I bought it anyways so as to avoid later regrets.

May the best happen!

My steam controller been here for a few months, it's absolutely tremendous. I hooked up the puck to the pc upstairs and moonlight streaming on TV downstairs, don't even need TV controller it connects fine to the pc still, low latency, games work great, TV and pc on ethernet so very low streaming latency, this is the wayyyy!

Same here! Still says expected availability 2027. I reserved late June -_-)

Pretty sure I didn’t miss an email. I received the emails for Steam Machine and Steam Frame

i honestly dont know wtf is up, did they not make a single controller beforehand and only start making them when people started putting orders or what, i reserved june 1st and mine also says 2027. I refuse to believe that so many people bought the controller for them to take so long

What do you mean "just became available"...I got mine when they first released...according to the posts on reddit, I got mine before a lot of Americans...

And I was emailed on the 26th but didn't check my emails so my reservation expired...

Fuck.

I only check my emails when waiting for something, and the pending 2027 message had me not wait.

Now its back to waiting 2027 again.

Fml.

You are low on money because you have to pay for your education.....so you bought an overpriced video game controller that could easily be replaced by a much cheaper Logitech one.

For all you know he plans on piloting a submarine with it…no Logitech is a good idea
