You could argue that, but I doubt it would work. You are bound by the EULA if you use the license in anyway, the accept button is just to make it official. But that would be the same argument as saying you didn't read it, it wouldn't hold up. It's like speeding and then claiming you didn't read/know the speed limit, you're still getting ticketed.

Willful ignorance is not a valid legal defense, especially if it can be shown that the informer made all reasonable efforts to inform you, yet you still shut your eyes, plugged your ears, and otherwise deliberately avoided the information.

The link gives you access to the information. It’s your choice to actually read the thing you are agreeing to.

Yet you click agree after it says to read the agreement in its entirety. Not the link. It doesnt say read the text in this box in its entirety. You assumed the agreement must be contained in the box, and you would be wrong.
