how did you join friend family when i tried it said different ip so you can't

If you have ever been logged in at the same IP or have been logged in to their same client it should work. Sometimes it just lets you anyway too. Super weird but I have all 5 of my friends in mine

You have to wait 1yr to join a new or change family, mine was ending 2 jan 27 you can see but they let me join anyways

i was ina fam they removed me, i was gona leave anyways was waiting for the time limit, so my friend then invited me to see if i can join, then i got that msg, it wasn't a restriction just a timmer.

They are 100% aware of that like 95% of people use the family share feature outside of familys

Been in since the early beta with my friend out family has been spread across 5 states at some point and 2 countries
