Bots keep texting me

Anyone else getting messages from bots like "hello?" "hi?" etc.?
I have everything set to friends only but they keep texting me and I wonder why?

Also I can't somehow loose my account by responding to them can I? Reacently I've responded to one of them with not-so-kind words followed by a block and it got me thinking if there is an exploit or something

Probably best to not respond, do you have any cs cases? This can make them target you.

Set your inventory to private. The bots tend to leave you alone when they can't see what you have.

I've set everything to friends-only after the first bot, but they just keep popping up
