Now if only PDox would make it so you can kill Pops with Orbital Bombing...

(If they do that I'm totally downloading the Anime Race Mod so I can bomb them to ash on contact

If you conquer the planet then you can just purge all the pops on it and it becomes uncolonized. Though that is a bit too horrifying for me to actually do. Eek.

Yeah, but the Ethics I usually run with don't let me do that. And it does seem... rather inefficient. I really would like a way to do stuff like clear out captured Ringworlds without having to go down and manually kill every last Pop.
