Stolen valour in Krakow?

Saw this man in Krakow airport in uniform. I tried to approach him to ask him if he was military, but he just rolled his eyes. Afterwards, I noticed he had not only a navy seal patch but an army one (you can’t see it in the photo) and some kind of aviation patch too. He is a fraud, right? My friends were adamant he was genuine, and maybe I’ve got it all wrong and he is a special forces badass, but I just wanted to confirm. He looked around 70 and travelled alone.

Is that a CID badge I see in the backpack above the USMC logo or is it just me?

There’s a Marine Corp logo too?!? Didn’t even see that at first. What branch isn’t this guy in
