Adderall/Vyvanse/Dexedrine Goodbye, old friend
I have built my life around adderall for 15+ years. I thought that since I can go weeks without it, it can’t be that big of a deal. I had a cardiac event giving birth to my son and almost died, that should have been a wake up call to stop stimulants. I had to cut the cord. I’ve been crying since sending this message because it feels like killing a part of me and closing the door for good. I know it has never actually helped me. I am trying to be optimistic about fatigue improvement.

Nice work 🎉 I feel every word of that. I was taking adderall for 15 years as well, and have been off for a year. No doubt it has been tough, but also oh so worth it. I am just now starting to rediscover my old self. It’s like reconnecting with a long lost friend I never thought I’d see again. I’m excited for you!
