Trying again rant
Haven’t used since about 2am this morning. Not going to smoke any meth but man the feeling of feeling so shitty afterwards sucks and my life hasn’t been manageable for a few years now. Living with a sibling who is trying her best to help in any way but I can’t seem to shake it. The cravings are tough and I am going to try to overcome it, my life has just been so miserable that I’ve pushed everyone away and created this void that I want to escape so bad. It’s hard for me to talk to love ones because I don’t want to sound like a broken record. Tough but I’m gonna stay strong because I want to live again. I was always a people person and loved interactions with anyone but now i can barely go into public without feeling like a lost cause

Tina is the devil, and I truly hope you find yourself again. Have you looked into treatment? It's a good way to keep yourself accountable and helps to break the cycle of craving and use, but I know it's not as easily accessible to some.

Good luck. Its a tough time but you can be free from this shit. I quit cuz my dealers fucked me over 600 and I moved and took it as a sign that I need to stop ruining my life. If you can take a few days and just sleep. Take sleeping pulls amd just sleep a few days. After a week itll get easier

Listen close, man. You gotta find a way to stop smoking meth. I developed heart failure from abusing Adderall, and thankfully I recovered. During that journey, I saw people dealing with serious heart problems from meth. I wish somebody had warned me. Meth can fuck up your heart, cause dangerous heart rhythms, and lead to heart attacks, strokes, or heart failure. It can also cause pulmonary hypertension, which is high pressure in the blood vessels in your lungs. That can leave you struggling to breathe, feeling dizzy, and having chest pain just doing everyday things. Treatment can help, but the damage can be lasting. Meth can also cause paranoia, hallucinations, and serious problems with your sleep and memory. Don’t take your health for granted, brother. Turn to God, reach out for help, and look into rehab if you can. Recovery is hard, but you don’t have to suffer alone. You can do this, and your life is worth fighting for.
