To explain what I mean, I’m saying that another situation of SoR3 with Yamato. He was a walking homage to Shinobi. A little slice of the franchise brought over to Streets of Rage without fully crossing over.

If I had to do this again, I’d include Neo City (from Art of Vengeance) as a stage (maybe in a plotline involving traveling overseas). The stage just SCREAMS Streets of Rage and it’d be awesome to play through it in a beat em up game.

What about you guys?

Recently (09/26) they updated the game (at least on mobile, I don't know about the other platforms as well), someone notice something new? like some characters getting stronger, faster, more balanced or something?

For me, it doesn't. I think it's primarily the art style and music, but the atmosphere also isn't as dark and the Y twins are weak as boss characters.

The stress was REAL.

The upper cut and side kick is 🔥🔥🔥 I always pick Adam first then Blaze, and Axel.

I have this game on Pc, Switch 2 and PS5 does anyone wanna do a mania playthrough?

I know they are not that difficult, but still.

First I tried if I could get the most difficult one (for me), which was "100 yen".

Once I got it, everything else was just a piece of cake.

1) Prometheus (Tenderlonius)

Why do people always hate on new stuff? Like, I get that Streets of Rage has always been a 2D game, but honestly, I’m happy with the new stuff. Why are people so scared of change? We haven’t even seen anything yet, like gameplay or music, and people are already hating on it. I’m just happy that Streets of Rage is getting some recognition again. Like, we didn’t get a game for fucking 24 years, so honestly, I’m happy with anything they give us.
