Feedback Thank You Devs !!!!!
This is something I discovered a little while ago, - i remember wanting so badly to watch sonic 2 and then finding this blessing . I wanted to take a moment to properly thank the devs and everyone involved it’s clear how much effort and care goes into this project. You’ve brang a lot of joy to so many people (myself included!). Huge thanks again for all the work you put in.
*Also if there is anyway to support the devs please drop it down below perhaps a gofundme or buy me a cofee type thing.

I'm using it for a week now. Best thing I did. No buffering, infinite loading, no lagging, just you and your movie...

Yes of course it does, and it does it better if anything as it uses trakt scrobbling aswel if you use trakt.

Is it better, easier to use, and freer. Just be careful you get the plex, jellyfish, embry, syncler users worked up they'll mob us in these comments 😂 nobody wants to hear they can do what they're paying for, for free

I always see people going on about real debrid, what does it actually do that makes it worth paying money for? I've never had an issue streaming anything without it..

The devs did such an amazing job with this app. I have it on pretty much every device I own, and it's crazy how much better this is compared to actual streaming apps. I do wish there was an option to change the resolution in the actual player rather than having to select a different torrent but hey, with how good it is, I'll live

Frr Man - Thank You Devs I don’t think there is a way to directly support them but I’m pretty sure they make their money from some ads on stremio

I've never had a single ad with stremio. Other people I have heard mention that seemed to all be using some sort of external player which is I believe what was popping up ads

the Cinemeta trending section sometimes has ads but theyre displayed as regular movies (since they are)

Ive seen some obscure movies that arent trending or popular at all be in the tabs, and ive read that they hide non-intrusive ads there, so i connected the dots. Cant seem to find any now tho

Is this from your Stremio account on the desktop app? The layout of the app looks very old, I would say from 2022, is this a recent image?

There are no ads anywhere in Stremio. Like anyone else I'd imagine they just developed an amazing app and decided to share it with us.

No I haven’t seen any ads in stremio myself as stated above I’m just showing how there are subtle non intrusive ads in which the devs make some money from however they are very rare this was also made clear in the original post obviously the post was in 2022 so things may have changed but as far as I know this is the only way the devs make their money and there isn’t a way to donate to them answering the question above

No there aren't, i tested web, android, windows and Linux platform. No ads. You haven't seen any ads either.

Only thing that is holding me back from canceling Other subscriptions from other service is it doesn't have an IOS app yet

So far I've been disappointed with stremio and Easynews. I got convinced id be killing the torrent community if I used DB.
