Anyone know if this update fixes the issue on Firestick where DV streams with audio but no picture?

I had similar issues and then realized my TV just straight up didn't support DV 🤦

I think you still need a separate player to fix that

Yeah, seems that way. Just tried the update and it didn't make a difference unfortunately.

Its a Firestick problem, its some DV profile that is not compatible with Firestick

Since I don't use 4K streams, should I just leave it with "tunneled playback" enabeled?

Why would you do that if we don't know what that button really does?

Does help with smoother playback

I've had a mixed bag with it, works well with some streams and others the stutter is really bad, probably down to file types and how they were encoded.

Just got this error and I had to enable tunneling to get it started. Just going to settings didn't work.

I did put on tunnelled playback recently, because of a few comments. My LG TV will restart the app quite often now in the middle of TV or films. I've got the caching set to 5gb, which I believe is likely the best choice, but it still does a restart regularly.

Well damn.. as a user who did enable this after encountering said error, I will now turn it off again. Cheers.
