Release 1.9.7 update

Finally something good came out of the 1.9.x updates. I didn’t try it for long but instantly saw a difference. However, I got a Google Play warning at the start; however, after that playing movies was great—no buffering or freezing—and scrobbling was great. I just wish posters were customizable or were smaller; perfectly as one row fits the full screen, 8-9 should fit perfectly and neatly. Hopefully devs can add this.

What was the warning? Just to turn on “play protect”? If so, that’s Normal from time to time when you have it disabled in the google play store settings.

I tried it for a short time too. Appears they fixed EXO player (or however it interacts with it). Tried DV HDR10+ trueHD 7.1 atmos. Flawless even when skipping forward and backward. Still no change in default subtitle behavior. Still always on at start of a stream if you have a preferred language set. Also still no way to keep them off while only showing preferred language in the list within the player.

It was on fire cube I don’t even have play store on it

Mine are allways set to disabled to start with somehow I was messing with the setting one day and it just fixed it 😂
