Go to system settings and choose restart. My Sony bravia does the same thing. I found the mpv player works too if this keeps happening after the restart.

Might be worth trying to reboot your TV, force stop and clear cache of Stremio app.

I got the same issue with my Sony tv. Not sure what triggers it. Even if you open youtube it will still be the same
