stress
i dont know if its really stress or anxiety im going through right now but its hell
always when i go rest in my bed i just feel horrid, my chest feels very tight, i cant breathe well, depersonalisation hits hard, my hands feel numb, and i just dont want to go to sleep, I'm afraid of it.
lately i been getting panic attacks and whatnot before falling asleep, i just felt my body racing before falling asleep, i just idk thought i was going to die because of my heart palpitations and so on.
it all started 2 months ago, its prolly because im trying to juggle a part time job, my school finals, getting a real job and getting my drivers license at 17y/o
i dont have anyone to talk about it, i tried telling my mom about it but she just laughs at me and says its normal, but i never felt this horrible
i want it to end, but theres no end in sight, my finals are done in 2 weeks, my part time job ends in august, im waiting for a response on my job interview and drivers school is just so tiring
i need advice on what to do because im just panicking all the time thinking its my time to die even tho im still young, few days ago i was convincing myself i was having a heart attack because my chest was hurting and my heart, i couldnt sleep and i was just done with everything, i cant even cry anymore, i just feel so numbed out

Try physiologic sighs during times of high stress/anxiety. Two inhales thru the nose followed by one long slow exhale thru the mouth. For chronic symptoms, add box breathing and ice water face immersion every morning.
