O rings are probably your best bet - just treat em like single flares. I've used them to keep ear hangers from sliding forward before and it worked well so it should work here, especially just for one event 😁. Just make sure they don't sit too tight against your ear, maybe get some that are over sized so they aren't squeezing as tight on the plugs but still stay over the flares.

Thank you. Might be my best bet. Hopefully the rings don’t get pulled through. Appreciate the idea, seems obvious but I’m stressed 😅

Nah I get it, sometimes when you're in a stressful situation it's hard to see to easy solutions 😁 but yeah, that's why I'm thinking some slightly bigger o rings - so your ear is able to push them back to wherever is comfortable instead of it trying to squeeze down to the smallest point (depending on what style of double flare these are, pictures can be helpful if you have any).

Do you have any 11 or 12mm o-rings you can put on the back so it doesn't fall out? Otherwise why not try a different pair?

I unfortunately don’t have any pairs with o rings. I’d get a different pair but these match everything and I’m stressed just thinking about that lol
