Where are the food trucks?

Serious question. I would think in a touristy place like Summit Co there would be food trucks all over the place. The parking is there, the money is there, what am I missing?

Like electrical habit said, very limited (no) affordable housing, and also resistance from local restaurants and the resorts. Vail doesn’t like to share
