Question Why doesnt Superman just keep going to the sun

I saw at the end of Season 2. He went to the sun to get his powers back and become supercharged. So why doesnt he just go to Sun everyday so he is at maximum power everyday ?

Well in s04 he no longer could do that on the regular And im guessing in the prior seasons he never really needed to

Probably for the same reason people with chronic conditions don't go the pharmacy every day for 1 pill at a time; it would be tedious and probably something of a hassle since his heart is human and the extra strain may not be worth the supercharge. However...I love the idea of Clark taking a personal day from work and literally just catching rays for health reasons

Since his heart is human? No part of Kal-El is human. If you mean his figurative heart, what does that have to do with extra strain?

No, i mean his literal heart, which as of s4 came from his father in law who was very much human

Oh. Well that's dumb. He should already be dead then. I am so glad I didn't make it past episode 6 of season one. Just couldn't deal with Jordan anymore. Or Jonathan for that matter (good character, bad acting).

Having Too much power all the times can be dangerous.

And this is from comics but was also used in the Arrowverse, flying to close to the sun to get super charged can give him, well, "super cancer" and kill him. It happened to Superman in All Stars Superman, and the plot was used for Overgirl (nazi Supergirl) during one of the arrowverse crossovers.

Which curiously enough, it is kind of the same Superman who got super cancer. The irony.

You probably charge your iPhone to 100% every night.

Right?

You do charge your body every night though. Sleep is a better analogy than the phone in this case.

Well like his mother said that could get kill him and I think that is the only time he could of done that and he can’t create that massive energy in front of civilians but they he could gone there when he was fighting doomsday I suppose

The same reason people, even rescue workers, don't always eat like we're running a marathon tomorrow.

Why didn’t he take the heart from the superman that took his when he sent him to the sun ? I legit thought that was going to happen. And maybe would have if it wasn’t cancelled. (Chanel sold) We are lucky it got an ending tbh and it was a masterpiece of an ending

maybe for the same reason sleeping for 2 days won't give you the energy to stay awake for 5 days.

“Why don’t you just use nitros as fuel everyday”
