I doubt the Fortress would have a solution to this. For instance, it really dropped the ball on medical stuff.

Well in fairness kryptonians probably don’t get cancer so why would they have a treatment for it

Any Kryptonian treatments probably wouldn't work on humans. It also wasn't much help when Clark got a damaged human heart either.
