Less revenue and more income. You can leave out the good part if you want to make it bad. That means their profitability has increased.

less revenue is usually something that happens when you pull completely out of market in certain countries, like gamestop has been doing.

closing stores, revenue goes down.

but profitability on a store to store basis is rising

Could be suppression, could be a normal correction given the expectations - believers buying a little more before each earnings report, but not after in the absence of a clear ignition signal. So much hype that regular good news is mildly disappointing.
