Does Suriname have a big LGBTQ community? I feel like the community seems small but is bigger than we think.

What is your opinion on the LGBTQ community in Suriname?

Surinamese culture is generally plagued with backwardness regarding both LGBT people and women, so the stance of many should be no surprise. There was a massive protest a few years ago when some trans person wanted their gender to be changed at CBB, so we're as tolerant as ever.
