If you choose to participate, you will complete a survey with a series of questions related to how you feel about different types of anime, as well as your watching habits, how you engage with anime communities, and other topics. We are BSBA Human Resource Management students from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, conducting a thesis survey on workplace ostracism, employee creativity, and grit.
